1. Agreement
By using zentrosites.com or engaging Zentro Sites Limited, you agree to these terms. Project-specific details, such as scope, timeline and fees, are set out in the proposal or contract we agree with you, which takes priority if the two conflict.
2. Our services
We provide WordPress website design, development, hosting, maintenance, support and SEO services. We will perform them with reasonable skill and care and will describe the scope, deliverables and timeline in your proposal.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin after a deposit is paid, and the balance is due as set out in the proposal. Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance and support are billed in advance. Late payments may lead to suspension of services.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time, and to confirm that you have the right to use all materials you supply. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
5. Revisions and changes
Your proposal states how many rounds of revisions are included. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work starts.
6. Intellectual property
Once all fees are paid in full, you own the custom design and code created for your website. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Third-party tools
Your website may depend on third-party software such as WordPress, plugins and hosting providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages or defects in services we do not control.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the project.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentro Sites is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question during the preceding twelve months.
10. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service with written notice as stated in the proposal. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
